        In my opinion I feel that the kids should not travel a lot just for the preschool. It has to be closer to our house or to caretaker's house(in case it is grandparents). in that way, it is sparkle tots that is around the neighborhood

          Yes it is safe, you will just have to see requirement for the particular airplane for your little one. If they do have bassinet otherwise, some would ask you to have another seat to be book because some dont allow baby on lap.
