21 weeks and always hungry

Hi all! I am 21 weeks now and feeling hungry all the time. I could have a full meal and right after in ten minutes feel like I am starving like I haven’t ate a meal at all. Do you experience this and what do you do to curb it? Also, this results in me suffering from gastric pains :(

Don’t curb it but eat smartly. Eat food which are filling and not empty calories like sugared drinks. Don’t overeat as it might lead to heartburn. Your body is working hard to grow baby so more calories are burnt and your appetite increased is normal. But have to be watchful of type of food you consume as there is possibility of gestational diabetes.

Week 6 and brownish discharge

Hi all! I’m 6 weeks now and I had some slight brownish discharge but no cramping. Anything to worry about? Seems a bit delayed for implantation bleeding right? Only going to the gynae for first visit next week!
