Hirap sa paghinga

Sino po dito tulad ko nakakaranas ng hirap sa paghinga im 20week pregnant, normal lang po ba yun? #1stimemom #pregnancy #firstbaby #pleasehelp

I experienced difficulty in breathing during my 28th week in pregnancy. It was because my baby is getting bigger and she’s already occupying my lung area. Yes it’s normal but try to monitor yourself. If your fingernails and/or toenails are getting darker (purplish or bluish) try to consult with your OB. Breathing exercises works too
