Hi Mummies 🤗 when did your first menstruation start after delivery? I am a not breastfeeding and i think i just got my first menses today. Gave birth on 17 May, and my bleeding after giving birth stopped towards the end of June. Is it too soon for menstruation to resume?

Im at 37wks 4Days. Went to A&E this morning due to contractions, however no bleeding or waterbag burst.. technically i wasn't in labour so i opted to go home. Just curious how long does it takes for 1cm dilation to progress to labour.. and at how many cm dilation should i be to get in labour? I am so tired already.....

I am experiencing this intense lower back pain & its very hard for me to walk or move because the pain is unbearable.. the pain causes me to flinch if i walk in a wrong footing & this is sudden! I woke up yesterday to this pain! I think it might be trapped nerve or muscle pull but walking and getting up has become a chore. I also think maybe cause my legs can't carry my weight anymore as my belly is huge & getting heavy or as my baby is getting lower now, it triggers an old injury (i fell during my 5th month) but the pain is !@#$% .. is this normal for late stage pregnancy?

At what week did you mummies give birth to your first child? ?

35weeks now and im so nervous what more with the current situation. Baby is getting heavier by the day and i cant wait to give birth already! So tired ? but on the other hand, so many things to think about, labour la, what if circuit breaker extend la, cannot have post natal massage la, how to arrange for tahnik and aqiqah (for muslim) la, the number of rising cases la.. trying not to overthink, i hope all mummies during this period, we'll get through this together!!

Is it safe to consume panadols (paracetamol) while pregnant? Many advise me against it and seek natural remedies. But sometimes i just need fast relieve..
