Halo bun, aku mau tanya adakah disini yang pernah mengalami kekurangan bbj :( saya 18 weeks tapi beratnya masih 170gr.. apa yg harus dilakukan ya bund mohon pencerahannya..

    Minum susu 2x sehari, telur rebus, ikan, ayam, daging itu setiap hari dipenuhi alpukat buat jus atau dijambal juga bisa aku ampuh itu bun
