Just wondering if anyone experienced suddenly waking up in the middle of the night to vomit.

Hi Mummies, how do you deal with Nausea when at work?

I took medicine because mine was quite bad. Even then, I was still retching and throwing up. I did try hot ginger tea, and it helped sometimes. For my 2nd pregnancy, somehow spicy food helped too.
