Hai mommy2,saya pregnant 10week..sy nk bertanya,sy puasa tapi masuk je tengahari rasa lapar sangat2..dah lah tiap2 hari kita membuang tiap2 pagi 2,3kali..perut terasa lapar sangat2 sampai nk jalan pun terasa letih,boleh ke kita teruskan puasa jugak sbb perut asyik memulas2 lapar..adakah menganggu kandungan kita.#pleasehelp

    tak perlu puasa untuk usia kndungan awl ni sis. janin bru nk mmbesar. perlukn zat yg cukup.
