Water bag concern

Can i take shower once my water bag leaked before proceed to hosp? Should i put pads to prevent frm leaking further? Any advise? Im 37 weeks preg nw.

Can. Wear pad and bring along a towel or if you have pee pads (also called underpads), bring them along so you won’t dirty the car 😊

Throat inflammation

Any remedy safe for pregnancy besides medication for throat pain inflammation?

You can try gargles with warm salt water. It does wonders and helps with inflammations. I hope you feel better.

Anyone has ever experience stomach cramps, suspect due to food issues ate fried ikan bilis or sambal belacan bit only. Cramps come and go getting strong each time it pains constantly. I had diarrhoea suddenly twice. Took gaviscon pink bottle but not helping me. Im at my 27th weeks now.

Anyone had this kind of sudden back aching nonstop occurs on left side only? I wonder why in this 2nd trimester at 18weeks.

Spotting or Discharge

Is it normal to have spotting or slight discharge? Im at my 13th weeks now. Does the color makes a difference? Its a dark brownish spot which im experiencing nw for 2 days but intermittenly occur. Need advise.#advicepls

Yes it’s normal as long as not fresh bright red blood and just spots / drops. Cause sometimes our bodies adjust and there’s some blood.

At what age is suitable best to give grown up toddlers vitagen/yakult? I havent started any as my toddler is still 2yrs 8mths old.
