My baby is getting sick from cold and fever quite constantly

My baby is 2 yrs and a month old now She is getting fever atleast once a month from last 8 months we r visiting to doctors also they r treating her but then again she is getting sick next month no one is giving exact answer why? Is it common in toddlers?is it because of teething?i m quite confused and worried help me out mommies.

She is too stubborn to listen anything and my patience level not always helping coz of my harmones since it's my last trimester in second pregnancy, what do I do to calm her?
