Hey mummies, I don't know why my toddler is hitting his head against the wall & floor of my home while throwing tantrums. This matter is worrying me as i'm his mother I don't want him to injure himself if he is throwing his tantrums because i love & care about him. I don't know whether i should bring him to see a paediatrician or not even though he seems active & healthy for a 1 year 11 months old but only knows how to babble not talk yet.. My main concern is wanting to know if my son may be a special needs child or not. #Needadvice
