Can't drink water during confinement?

Heard from my colegaue that youre not suppose to drink water during confinement? Suppose to drink some herb water? Is that right?

we need loads of water to hydrate ourselves and replenish for breastfeeding. in terms of herb that's red dates drink that helps to Increase breast milk supply.

Lost some weight in 30weeks

I feel I've lost some weight from 28 weeks to 32 weeks. It's minimal like 500g to a kg but is it normal?

No morning sickness at week 8

I know I should be happy and I've also heard that having morning sickness or not having depends on your body. But does anyone know if Doctor did say having morning sickness shows that baby is doing great?

I didn’t have any morning sickness till week 38. My baby came out healthy and happy. Currently 5m old! 😊

Week 8 and chest tightness

Week 8 and having chest tightness since last week. Is it normal? Or should I get it checked. And is it normal to not have morning sickness till today?

Yes it's normal! I had chest tightness, morning sickness (even in the evening), bad appetite for first trimester. Very uncomfortable and stressed but all that got better 2nd trimester. Hang in there❤

NUH or kkh private is better?

I initially wanted kkh subsidises but I heard the waiting time is longer. Husband wants either kkh or NUH private. May I know if anyone has the breakdown of cost?
