I usually slp and wake up and cant get back to sleep. I dont even nap in the afternn. Sometimes i survive almost 24h without slp 😅

Hi, i tested positive but when should i go to the doc and where? Poly or straight to kkh?

Go to poly and they will refer you to kkh or your selected hosp. It's better to go poly first if you want to be a subsidies pt 😊
