Is it normal to have insomia, what helps with slp? I find myself asleep from 12-2am, then up.

Yes very normal. Have a warm bath before you go to bed or drink a cup of Milo. Don't nap in the day. Make yourself busy and by night you'll already feel tired.
I usually slp and wake up and cant get back to sleep. I dont even nap in the afternn. Sometimes i survive almost 24h without slp 😅

Haha i tink is my body. I m used to not slping alot. I am also working. So i do not have naps. In fact i dun slp so easily 😅 no idea how i copy thru. Just keep my eyes on laptop hahahaa
