Is it possible to open a business with my husband in betting?

My husband and I are big gamblers love to gamble, always play in bookmaker offices, betting on favorites, and waiting when luck smiles on us. probably will seem silly, well with my husband planned to open a small bookmaker office. we have even looked at the lease. I think this profitable business, everyone likes to play betting, even moms on maternity leave. do you think this is a great idea? Is it possible to open an office.
