kalo usia kandungan 20 minggu kurang nafsu makan biar perut keisi harus gimana ya?

bunda coba makan buah2an manis yg dingin bun, kemaren aku waktu TM1 juga nafsu makan hilang jadi aku banyakin beli buah2an seperti jeruk, pear, semangka, kadang melon, apel tapi yg dingin biar seger bun jadi lebih enak dimakannya
