berat badan masa preggy

Hi i nk tanya dari 22w ke 24w berat i naik 0.5kg je. Adakah itu normal? I makan tetap sama cuma lately ni selalu stress & emosi memanjang.. ?

Hi nak tanya, sbb hb low 10.7 (22w), bole tak makan new obimin plus maltofer? Skg makan obimin still hb 10.7. So igt nk top up dgn maltofer.. xlalu makan iberet/zink.. tq ?
