    prinsipnya sama spt bikin menu org tuanya, tinggal sesuaikan tekstur dan rasa. bahan pake yg mudah didpt dan yg ada di rumah. yg penting ada karbo, protein (utamakan hewani), lemak dan sedikit sayur.
