    minum air kelapa muda 1 biji tiap hari bund, sama dibarengi buah semangka. insha allah turun tensinya. krna kata bidan ku klo tensi tinggi makan buah yg mengandung bnyak air. sma kurangi konsumsi garam. atau bisa diganti garam ny k garam yh lebih sehat, yaitu garam lososa bund
