Memperbanyak ASI

Bun cara memperbanyak ASI bagaimana ya. Soalnya ASI ku udah banyak kdng sampai kebuang kalo mandi. Tp kadang kurang untuk si kecil. Apa lagi anak saya sekarang nggak mau minum langsung pd payudara maunya diperah dimasukan dot.
