Hello. I just had a miscarriage and needed to perform D&C last Jan 25, 2020. We really do want to have a baby again. Was advised by my OB na magtake ng Folic Acid come March. Any recommendations ng Folic Acid/Folate na pwede ko inumin? Yung affordable. Also, may any ba din po kayo marecommend para magbuntis ulit? May any additional vitamins po ba ako need itake? Currently, I'm taking Sangobion and Be Well C plus Calcium. Thank you so much. ???

Hello.. Question po. I had a miscarriage and performed D&C 2 weeks ago (Jan 25th). I submitted my MAT1 & MAT2 sa HR namin Friday morning (Jan 31st). How long/ilang weeks po kaya ma-process ang reimbursement? And when din kaya magre-reflect sa schedule ko na ML ako? 60days ang advise ng OB ko. Ok kaya na bumalik kahit wala pa 60days? Thanks sa mga sasagot. ?

I knew I was preggy just last Jan 8th thru a pregnancy test. Had my 1st visit sa OB on Jan 16th morning then that night, nag bleed ako. Had my 1st TVS the next day, 5wks 3days preggy. May gestational sac but no embryo and heart activity. Sabi, too early pa daw and needed to repeat TVS after 2wks for progress. Needed to have bedrest. Daming nireseta na mga gamot including pampakapit at pra sa infection (found out may infection which might be the cause). Then Jan 19th, nagpa ER ako dahil sobrang sakit ng tagiliran/puson area ko and was still bleeding. Closed naman ang cervix, dinagdagan ng intake ang isa kong pampakapit na gamot and repeat TVS by Jan 24th. Continuous pa rin ang bleeding (wala naman any buo or malaman na nailalabas) at palaging masakit side at puson ko, di nawawala. Come Friday for the 2nd TVS, we knew that I had an incomplete abortion. Wala na ang baby namin. Check ng sonologist baka maliit lang di maxado kita but wala xang nakitang embryo, no heart activity and wala rin gestational sac. Yung 1wk bleeding ko, unti unti na pala ako naaagasan. Sono also found out my fallopian tube has an infection. Was advised to have D&C procedure ASAP para malinis ako dahil may natitira pa sa akin na baka magka complication pag pinatagal pa. Then Jan 25 (Chinese New Year) morning, we went na sa CityMed, nagpa-admit pra maprepare ako at magawa na kaagad ang D&C. 9pm, I had the procedure. Masakit dahil dapat may 2nd baby na ako sana (after 18yrs). But mukhang may other plans si Lord sa amin... Now, nasa house na ako recovering. May times na natutulala at nagiisip isip pa rin ako. Nalulungkot. Pero ayoko namnamin yung pain... For those prayers, support and love, MARAMING SALAMAT SOBRA. We now have our family's guardian angel ? ...

As per my TVS result / baby's sonogram, Intrauterine pregnancy 5 weeks 3 days by mean sac diameter of uncertain viability. Fetus and heart activity are both questionable. Need to repeat TVS in 2 weeks for viability. I'm bleeding (as in fresh blood mejo madami dami). Tapos nananakit pa ang puson / tagiliran ko na parang dysmenorrhea (normal ba yun?). OB gave meds na ng pampakapit at pagtigil ng dugo. Need to closely monitor ang bleeding, kung liquid or may mga buo buo na. Strictly bed rest na ako. Walang kilos na mabigat or what. Kindly include my baby in your prayers please. In 2 weeks, there should be a progress na. Thank you so much. God bless. ?
