Help! I have just given birth naturally a couple of days ago. I noticed that I released gas a lot more frequent and with each release, it hurts a lot at the perineum area where the stitches are. Anyone experience this? What remedies can I do?

You need the wound to heal so that you won’t feel pain. Can use a Fridababy Peri Bottle to wash after using the toilet, use a perineal antiseptic spray, keep the area clean and dry and eat your painkillers.
