boleh start bagi bubur kosong dlu dgn plain water. then 3/4 hari kmudian boleh try dengan add protein. sekurang kurangnya 3 hari protein yang sama sebab nak tengok baby sesuai atau tidak. then baru add sayur. lepas tu tukar2 sayur/protein. milk boleh bagi before sleep or minum ptg.
