Baby vitamins

This was prescribed by my LO's pedia earlier. Having 2nd thoughts now cause LO is still 11 days old. Dba bawal other items kahit water para sa below 6mos old baby? I'm Exclusively breastfeeding. Thoughts on this? Thanks!

Im 12 weeks and has acne breakout since mabuntis. Pwede ba facial? Kahit basic facial lng? Irritated n ko sa mga blackheads and pimples ko :( thanks!
