Ano pwede exercise gawin ko para po pumayat? Lalo na para mawala itong tiyan ko na di na bumalik since nanganak, mas nadagdagan pa. Natatakot ako magexercise ng kung ano.ano kasi baka magbuka tahi ko or ano huhu. At ano pwede diet na effective? Yung budget friendly din sana na diet hehe. Sabi kasi ng OB ko possible may PCOS ako, eh kailangan change lifestyle. Di ko alam paano. Huhuhu

    Hi mumsh! Try walking/jogging, start light lang muna & don't force yourself too much hanggang sa masanay ka na sa regular exercise. For the diet, bawas lang muna siguro sa rice/carbs pati sweets. You can search din sa internet which diet suits you, basta don't starve yourself & wag ka magccrash diet. Stay healthy! 💛
