is paracetamol affects the baby?

I know naman Na doctors won't prescribe med. that harms the baby. medyo worried ako kasi I read an article that paracetamol are bad to our baby? anyone here Na nakapagtake ng paracetamol more often tapos nanganak Na? or Malaki Na may side effect ba sa baby ninyo?

headache and neck pain starts at 2nd trimester upto now 7 months pregnant.

is this normal? I ask my obgynie pero nirecommend lang ako magtake ng paracetamol to ease the pain. pa advice naman baka may same case paano nawala? nahihirapan na kasi ako matulog tsaka ayoko magtake ng magtake ng gamot. thanks in advance.

hello mommies.. 7months Pregnant ... nagkapigsa po kasi ako bago pa ako mabuntis tapos pumutok siya Sept . till now di padin kasi gumagaling yung sugat normal naman yung sugar ko... ano po kayang pwedeng gawin? sabi baka daw dala ng pagbubuntis ko Na to. sana matulungan nio ako. .
