19 weeks- pain in abdomen

I am 19 weeks and I am having slight intermittent pain in my lower abdomen. Did anyone else feel the same as well ? Is it normal ?

Prenatals- when did your doctor recommended

hen did your doctor recommended to start taking prenatal vitamin tablets

U can take folic acid at the beginning. The doc will prescribe you other vitamins if required.
