Natural sign pa rin po ba ang heartburn during Third Trimester?

Hello po mga mamsh! 35 weeks and 3 days here. Ask ko lang natural lang din ba mga momsh ang heartburn kahit last trimester na? Umiinom naman ako ng gatas wala pa rin effect, ang hapdi at kirot pa rin. 😢Lahat ng mga dapat iwasan tulad ng spicy foods, softdrinks at kahit anong citrus fruits na maaasim iniwasan ko rin naman na ngayong third trimester. Pero nararanasan ko pa rin yung hapdi at kirot na dulot ng heartburn halos araw araw till now.. 😪
