Right now, I am in 18 weeks pregnancy. Wearing normal bra nowadays sometimes can be hurtful especially the wired ones. Is it good time to wear maternity bras for daily wearing? #FirstPregnancy

you can buy nursing bras or bras from iminxx / our braletter clubs... they are soft and comfy!

Is it normal for becoming anti-social during 1st Trimester? Is it due to hormonal changes? #FirstPregnancy

Yes,,,, You may experience mood swing during first trimester,,, due to that you may feel to be alone. Though it is normal to have mood swing . If you feel more stressful things like being alone. You better talk with your doctor.

Constipation at 11 weeks?

Is it normal for not pooping well durong 1st trimester? I drank plenty of water. Even drinking fruits juice. #FirstPregnancy

Yes it's normal. Try to incorporate more fruits and vegetables to your diet to ease constipation.

Nauseous towards Hand Sanitizer & Hand Soaps

How I wanna to sanitized or washed my hands if becoming nauseous towards it? Any suggestions...? Now I am in 9 weeks. I need to stay safe from Covid-19. #firstpregnancy

I got the same prob smells make me nauseous so I bought cetaphil fragrance free soap abit ex but worth it cause it doesn’t smell

Normal for 1st Trimester???

I cannot even smell of what my Mother-in-law cooks? As I am staying with in-Laws. Cannot even do cooking. I having headaches, nauseous (even vomitting) & backache. Trying to eat well. Always sleepy & lethargy... #FirstPregnancy
