    Dibawa bu, nanti diisi oleh nakesnya. Anak baru lahir akan lgsg diimunisasi Hepatitis B sebelum 24 jam. Riwayat imunisasi di buku pink harus lengkap. Saya dengar skrg jadi syarat untuk masuk sekolah.
