Mcm di HTJ masa nak discaj bagi saya Vit C, iron, B complex, asid folic. Sy tanya, boleh x saya habiskan iberet sbb kandungannya lebih kurang sama je. Doktor kata boleh. Yu doktor prescribed lah. Nak cadang pada puan, takut tak sesuai pula kan.
