No Yolk Sac/ Foetal Pole

Hi friends, I just has my scan at 7wk1day (i thought i was this far along) but they could not locate any yolk sac/foetal pole. The gestational sac has grown bigger though. What does it mean? Bad news? 😰😢

seeing fetal pole is crucial in determining if ur baby is growing. by 7 weeks, my gynae saw the flickering of the fetus which indicates that there was heartbeat. but it stopped growing tho and i had missed miscarriage. pray that everything will be ok for u. dont put ur hopes high. lets pray for miracle.
