I just came back from the klinik kesihatan. Nurse cakap my blood pressure is high. Apa patut saya buat utk rendahkan BP saya?

Nescafe And Pregnancy

Hi mommies, im 10 weeks pregnant and this is my first baby. I rarely have morning sickness but my desire on drinking nescafe o(no sugar) is so high everyday. At least 4 cups a day. Does any mommies having the same symptoms as me? Not only nescafe but other thing example. Is this normal?
