My left breast engorge frequently. I have tried pumping my breast before it get engorge but the milk that come out is very little but when my baby nurse a little late than normal on left breast it gets engorge easily. Any reason for that?

Did u pump and breastfeed at the same time? Kalau kerap pam n bf, body akan detect keperluan baby byk. So akan oversupply. Make sure demand baby sesuai dgn supply.
