Hyper Acidity or Indigestion is normal sa pregnancy momsh bc of hormones or dahil nape press ni baby yung tummy mo. Pero u can ease the discomfort by eating small frequent meals, avoid spicy or fatty foods, eat slowly, and elevate ur head when u sleep. Madami pang remedies but those are just some common ones. Pwde mo rin e consult ang OB mo for safe medicines to take. Hope u feel better soon momsh. 💜
