Sesak dada

Sore bunda semua. Mau tanya nih, kenapa yanudah 3 hari ini saya kalau lagi jaga toko kan duduknya ga pake senderan, itu sekitar 2jam setelah itu sekeliling dada saya sesak bgt. Dan sesaknya kaya ada yg nekan di bagian belakang punggung. Btw usia kandungan saya 19w 5d. Kira2 kenapa ya? Ada bunda yang pernah ngalamin juga mungkin? Terimakasih ☺️
