Guys i need urgent suggestions. My doctor prescribed my baby 3 scoops of formula in 120 ml of water. Originally the box says to gibe 4 scoops but becuase i complain him about his vomiting alot so he said to reduce the scoops of formula. I am.confused wether to give it or not as on the internet it says it's very dangerous to change the consistency. Please help me out #pleasehelp #1stimemom #firstbaby #advicepls

Contractions at 37+6

Having contractions regularly after every 10 mins but very mild, went to hospital but they said only 1 cm dilated, if intensity increases then come back. I am 37+6 weeks. One day has passed but intensity not increasing and the frequency is still same. I dont know when to go back to hospital as every where i read tbey say if contractions are 10 mins apart go to hospital

I think if there's no bleeding or the water hasn't broke you just need to wait. Last time with Mya first born my water broke and when I go to hospital it's just 1 cm. So, they give me medicine to induce labor. Which I feel the contractions increased every minutes. By now you can induce labor by walking, etc. But make sure visit your obgyn first. I believe during 9 months your obgyn should ask you to make appointment every week till the delivery time to follow up with you.

Pelvic girdle pain

In my 29th week and having sensitivity and slight pain constantly in the pelvi area. When searched on internet it said it is pelvic girdle pain. It is usually uncomfortable in the night. Any remedies?
