Isit safe to get a body scrub at massage parlour at 30weeks pregmancy?

Hi mama, I’d recommend going for one that has a prenatal massage or doing foot reflexology. Body scrubs are fine although your skin may feel rather sensitive at this stage.

Results shows GDM after having GTT test at 25weeks.

Has any of you mummie resulted in any GDM after having GTT test? Its not permanent right,and only temporary in pregnancy?any advices?
