UTI or Kidney Disease

Hi mommies I'm 31 weeks pregnant, 2 days na po akong nagkaroon ng fever and chills, kakavisit lang nag OB din but wala pa akong lab test. Ang sakit din nag likod ko especially sa left side. Ano ba ma suggest nyo na paracetamol? Or any pain relief?
