Nagfoformula milk na po xia at the same time binebreast feed q xia. Sinasanay q po xia sa umaga ng formula milk since malapit na aq bumalik sa work . .dami q na po na try na remedy tulad ng paglabnaw ng timpla ng gatas, pagpapainum sa knya ng small amout ng tubig, pagpapahid ng manzanilla sa tiyan .
