Hi Iā€™m 12 weeks na and havenā€™t gotten a check up. Can anyone recommend a clinic/hospital I can get a check up with an OB and get an ultrasound around the Santa Rosa Laguna area? Any recommendations please?

On my 11th week and in an abusive household

Iā€™m 23, 11weeks pregnant and Iā€™ve been stuck in quarantine with my physically, mentally and emotionally abusive dad and the rest of my family (not with my baby daddy). Iā€™m getting more emotional and sensitive to his abuse now more than ever. Medyo got used to his abuse cause heā€™s been like this since I was young pero now na Iā€™m pregnant and I canā€™t take it anymore. How will I get out of it now?? I wanna leave to at least be safe with my baby daddy in ParaƱaque but Iā€™m stuck in Santa Rosa Laguna. Any advice or recommendations for me to get out or at least through this?
