natural lang ba pag nag bubuntis ung naninigas ung tyan at nakikirot

ilang wks napo ba kayo? usually sa third trimester normal un, twag po braxton hicks contractions. Dapat mabilis na contractions lang at di tuloy tuloy. Meaning ngpprepare napo ang matres til term :) Pero better check parin po sa OB para safe at may peace of mind kayo.. :)
