Hi, mommies! What feminine wash do you usually use po? Sanay akong nagfefeminine wash, pero takit ako ngayon to use it knowing na pregnant ako baka may effect sya sa pregnancy. Thank you.

Akyat baba sa hagdan for 1st trimester

Hello po! Is it not advisable po na mag akyat baba sa hahdan everyday? Huhu. I had my miscarriage last February, and now pregnant with my rainbow baby.. I really fear baka masama ang pagakyat babw sa hagdan. I am a teacher po and yung classrooms ko from 2nd floor to fourt floor everyday. Huhu. (Buti nalang ngayon bakasyon pa)
