7-month-old - difficulty poop-ing

Hi momshies. ? I am worried about my baby having difficulty poop-ing. She is formula-fed and has been eating solid food starting her 6th month. 2 days ago I gave her broccoli puree and noticed she has not pooped yet. She keeps on "pushing" or I don't know she's trying but to no avail. Looking at her diaper, it's in there I know as her diaper is stained with it. What can I do to help her? She is also currently teething, doubling the "confusion". Thank you mommies. Lots of love.
