mungkin virus bun, anak saya juga pernah tapi bukan sariawan. itu seprti bintil-bintil putih kecil disekitaran mulutnya sampai tidak mau nenen apalagi makan seharian sampai payudara saya sakit. alhamdulillah setelah dibawa ke dokter berangsur membaik bun di kasih obat sariawan yang putih cair itu..
