Biogaia Protectis Baby Drop

Anybody know whats the difference between the different versions? There are 3 types. Local SG stock with Abbott logo, UK version with english instruction and Polish version woth polish instruction. Price difference by quite a bit. Anyone tried the different versions?

How to prevent calf muscle cramps at night?

In week 21 now, i started having frequent calf muscle cramps in the middle of the night. Some time both calf can even cramp at the same time! #firsttimemom
