20week insomnia

Mba bun sekalian disni ada yg samaan gak ya,, saya hamil 20week tapi susah banget tidur malam bahkan bisa sampe pagi gak tidur😭 si dede aktif banget dan paling parah laper tenga malem yg kalo gak makn tambah gak bisa tidur. Mohon pencerahan nya,, soalnya ank pertama gak kaya gini
