Hospitalisation leave

Hi mummies… anyone ever go to kkh O&G and request for hospitalisation leave? will they give you? Im a subsidies patient. I left 2 weeks before EDD and I’ve been taking MCs due to groin pain whenever i get up from bed or chair and it gets worsen as days goes by.

Diapers for newborn

Any mummies using offspring brand for their newborn? How was it? Any recommendations on other diaper brand?

Huggies Naturemade is good. I like how soft it is compared to other brands. Can’t comment on offspring cause I didn’t like the material.

Missed miscarriage

Any mummies had missed miscarriage experience? When do you bleed after a missed miscarriage? Any sign shown that you had missed miscarriage or only via ultrasound you would know? Im so worried and paranoid thinking about my pregnancy.

I had miscarriage last year for my 1st pregnancy. I had a bad cramp and find out I'm bleeding. Went to kkh and did an cervix check, and baby was not there anymore.

Is it safe to consume?

Mummies out there! Im at my first trimester now.. got scolded by my friend for consuming sesame seed, durian, gassy drinks and coconut water 😭 what are other foods that i cannot consume? 😭😭

Minus alcohol and coffee, raw foods and cold cuts. I eat and drink everything else. Can’t be too picky when I’m purging most of the food out. So if I can keep it down, I’d gladly eat it.

How to get rid of nausea

U might be sensitive to certain smells now, I dripped peppermint oil on a tissue to smell or ate a sweet to combat the nausea
