Milk production?

Hi mummies! I’m currently 28 weeks pregnant and would like to know if I can drink oat milk to prepare myself to produce milk once I’ve given birth. If yes are there any recommendations for which brand of oat milk? Or are there any other food or drinks I can take to boost milk production? Thanks in advance! #1stimemom #pregnancy

    Craving for salmon sashimi at 23 wks

    Hi I’ve read a few posts and articles and see that some gynaes said that raw fish is okay in moderation during pregnancy. Would like to ask if any mummies did take raw fish during pregnancy and where did you go to eat? Is genki sushi considered safe and reputable?

      Probiotics recommendation for pregnant mum

      Hi currently 22wks ftm here! Does anybody have any recommendations for probiotics that are safe for pregnant mums? I get heartburn all the time and easily get diarrhea. I also read that taking probiotics can help with iron intake and I am anemic currently already taking iron pills. Thanks in advance!
