4 months old fell out of cot

Hiiii, my baby fell out of his cot last night, hit the side of his head, had redness for awhile and a little swelling, applied cold compress and it seems better, he seems normal, drinking and active and smiling. But should I be worried? Will the clinic do X-ray for his head since he is so young?

There’s no need for an x ray if he doesn’t show any symptoms of internal injuries. Symptoms include vomiting, crying incessantly, won’t eat or drink. Just monitor for awhile
