heart beat

Hi po mga mommies, nagworry po kasi ako nung Hindi agad mahanap yung heart beat ni baby using Doppler tas nun pinarinig po sakin is parang hininga lng yung tunog,is it normal? para po kasing Di tunog heartbeat di tulad sa mga napanuod ko sa you tube (sorry napapraning lng po ako) ?18weeks Preggy here and first time mom at sa lying in po ako ngpapacheck up.
